One of my passions in life, besides photography, is vegan baking/cooking. Though I am not strictly vegan (my love of cheese impedes this), I enjoy the challenge of creating vegan meals that are healthy and incredibly delicious.
These two tasty baked goods use whole wheat flour and applesauce and are also low in sugar!

Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 4:19PM Las estrellas siempre me han fascinado... that is to say, the stars have always mesmerized me.
Then again, the mystique of the cosmos amazes many; we are naturally curious beings, and the unknown is most intriguing. The more obscure a thing is, the more interpretations there may be. Thus the tradition of mythologies, superstitions, and folklore... stars electrify them all and leave a massive impression.
Inspired by the stars, the mysteries concerning their constellations and the original Zodiac created around them... I collaborated with a wonderfully creative stylist, Natalie Errthum, to produce this unique series.
