Vogue Italia's website has a section called "Photo Vogue" where photographers are invited to create a portfolio and upload images to be examined by Vogue's editors. Approved photos will be published on the website, the best images will be shown on the homepage and the best 3 will be published in the magazine. 

It's a great way for your work to be seen. Vogue is always looking for new talent... no one ever got anywhere without a little exposure... so here goes...
